  1. How do I create a recruiter/employer account?
    To create an account, please follow this link and complete the require fields then click submit. This will then take you to your recruiter dashboard where you can upload your organisation and job details.
  2. How do I log in as a recruiter?
    To log in as a recruiter, please follow this link and enter your username/email address and password.
  3. I have forgotten my username and/or password.
    Please follow this link and enter your username or email address. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
  4. How soon will my job advert go live?
    Job adverts go live within 2 hours of being uploaded between the hours of 7am and 10pm Monday to Sunday.
  5. How long will my job adverts remain live on Vitae Jobs?
    The default length of time a job advert can be live on the site is for 30 days. However you choose a longer or shorter time to suit your job campaign.
  6. How do I pay for the Promoted and Premium options?
    After choosing your tariff, you will be taken to a Paypal Checkout form where you pay using your debit card, credit card or Paypal account.
  7. What if I spot an error in my job advert?
    You can amend any organisation and/or job listing through your dashboard. If not, please feel free to email us at
