Our refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date you purchased a promoted/premium advertisement or featured homepage profile button, we cannot offer you a refund.
If a refund is requested after the promoted/premium job advertisement or homepage featured buttons purchase have been live on our website for more than 15 calendar days, we will offer a refund of 50% of the purchase.
When we receive your refund request and it is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within four days.
